Arcadia Plein Air Calendar

plein air calendar

During our first Arcadia Plein Air Paint-out held in 2013, more than 20 artists created wonderful images of Arcadia's iconic buildings and locations.

From charming downtown antique stores and the iconic Pink Building to the Peace River and Arcadia's Rodeo, artists captured the essence of this historic town on paper and canvas.

Now you can own a collection of these images in a 16-month calendar. Printed on heavy, glossy stock, each month features a full-page reproduction of one of the eoriginal paintings, along with a description of the building or scene. The calendar on the facing page has plenty of space for noting appointments.

Bonus material includes information about the DeSoto Arts and Humanities Council and South Florida State College, additional paintings, and meaningful quotes about art.

Major holidays and other dates of interest are noted, and the calendars have a hole for hanging.

The price of calendars has been reduced from $5 each (plus S & H if applicable) to only $3 each, or three for $10.

Purchase calendars in Arcadia at Art Creations, The Arcadian, Glass Antique or Not, or Mid-Florida Credit Union; or see any DAHC member; or email
