Our first community supply swap is here! Donate unused or gently used crafting supplies and fill a bag (or seven) with other’s donations. $10 entry fee, with donators and members getting an hour head start on shopping. Once admitted, everything is FREE!
No donations will be taken the day of the event. Please bring donations to the gallery the week prior during regular hours.
What to bring: Any art supplies or tools that are gently used or unused. This includes (but is not limited to) papers, pencils, inks, paints, brushes, canvas, sketchbooks, etc. Also, any crafting supplies are welcome in the same condition: yarn, fabric, patterns, photo equipment, easels, adhesives, etc.
What NOT to bring: anything moldy, smelly, dirty or super heavy. Also, no fabric scraps smaller than 5x5in, clothing, used stuffing/polyfill, tangled yarn (or string, ribbon, etc.). No hazardous materials such as oil-based solvents, house paint, or dried out paint tubes. Finally no household items - dishes, decor, etc. Decisions will be made at drop-off as to what we will accept.
Items not taken after the swap will be donated or incorporated into our classes/summer camp.
Contact us if you’d like to donate but can’t make it up to the gallery during open hours.
